The 2026 Training Program for Promoting Cadres of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group was successfully held.

To thoroughly implement the core strategy of strengthening the enterprise through talent, comprehensively enhance the professionalization and standardization of the cadre team in the new era, accurately address the shortcomings in the performance of newly promoted cadres, and comprehensively improve the overall quality and practical capabilities of the cadre team, thus laying a solid organizational foundation for the implementation of the Group's "15th Five-Year Plan" strategy, the 2026 Training Course for Improving the Performance Capabilities of Promoted Cadres of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) was officially held and successfully concluded from March 24th to 31st. Jiang Pengpeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of CNHTC, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a mobilization speech. Qian Feng, Director of the Lecturer Development Department of Guangzhou Renmai Education Group, was invited to attend and provide specialized lectures and professional guidance to the trainees. More than 60 cadres promoted in 2025 participated in this training.

At the opening ceremony, Jiang Pengpeng, focusing on the core theme of "Forging a New Era CNHTC Iron Army Cadre Team with Strong Political Ability, Outstanding Capabilities, and Solid Work Style," put forward clear requirements and high expectations for all trainees. He emphasized that newly promoted cadres, as the backbone and core members of the group's development, shoulder the important mission of promoting strategic implementation, tackling development challenges, and leading the team forward. They must always prioritize political development, continuously improve their political awareness, accurately grasp the overall situation of the group's development, proactively integrate their personal work with the group's core strategy, and truly unify their thoughts and actions with the various decisions and deployments of the group's Party Committee. They must accurately position themselves and demonstrate their responsibility and commitment in serving the company's high-quality development.

Regarding the enhancement of cadre capabilities and the improvement of work style, the meeting further pointed out that all participating cadres should firmly establish the concept of lifelong learning, take the lead in in-depth study and understanding, proactively empower themselves, keep pace with industry changes and the group's transformation, focus on honing core practical abilities in leading teams, solving problems, and creating value, completely overcome any sense of inadequacy, and quickly adapt to new positions and shoulder new responsibilities; they should strengthen their spirit of hard work and responsibility, proactively confront various difficulties and obstacles in development, cultivate a strong work style through overcoming challenges and working diligently, and promote the efficient implementation and effectiveness of various tasks with a persistent and determined spirit; they should strictly adhere to the bottom line of discipline and rules, always uphold the principle of integrity and honesty in their work, constantly respect and reflect on themselves, be cautious in their actions and solitude, and be honest and upright in their conduct, clean in their work, impartial in their duties, and exemplary in their conduct, truly becoming a benchmark and role model recognized and trusted by all employees.

The meeting set forth specific requirements for this training program, urging all trainees to adopt a correct learning attitude, fully immerse themselves in the entire training process, abandon any impatience, and focus on learning theories, understanding methods, and broadening their perspectives to ensure that the content is truly understood and internalized. It emphasized the need to combine learning with application, integrating knowledge with action, closely linking theory to practice and addressing work challenges, learning with a problem-solving approach, and transforming what is learned into solutions and methods for improving work, truly achieving the goal of "coming with problems, returning with solutions, and leaving with results." The meeting also stressed the importance of actively strengthening communication and interaction among trainees, sharing work experiences, sparking intellectual discussions, and creating a strong learning atmosphere of competition and mutual progress, achieving simultaneous improvement in individual abilities and team qualities.



At the opening ceremony, trainee representatives made statements, expressing their deep appreciation for this valuable learning opportunity and their commitment to strictly adhering to all training regulations, fully engaging in learning and discussion, and resolutely avoiding any perfunctory or lax attitudes. The trainees pledged to fully inherit and promote the spirit of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) – "Never slacken, always at the forefront, always striving for first place" – and to bring the theoretical knowledge and practical methods learned during the training back to their posts. They committed to their duties, working diligently and taking the lead, dedicating themselves with greater enthusiasm, a more pragmatic style, and stronger skills to the various tasks of the Group's reform and development, contributing all their wisdom and strength to the Group's accelerated progress towards becoming a world-class enterprise.



It is understood that this training program is a strategic and systematic talent cultivation project carefully planned and implemented by CNHTC Group based on its new development stage, closely aligned with the goals of the "15th Five-Year Plan," and combined with the current practical needs of cadre team building. It is highly targeted and precisely covers all aspects of the workforce. The training curriculum was meticulously designed, comprehensively covering core modules such as corporate culture inheritance, integrity education, new energy industry development, digital transformation practice, risk prevention and control management, and comprehensive practical capabilities. The content closely aligns with the Group's development realities and the essential needs of its cadres, abandoning a single theoretical indoctrination model and innovatively integrating diverse teaching methods such as in-depth case studies, practical simulations, and thematic interactive exchanges, combining theoretical depth, practical application, and relevance.



Through a week of systematic training, all newly promoted cadres were further guided to broaden their strategic vision, update their development concepts, hone their job skills, and strengthen their sense of responsibility, effectively addressing their skill gaps and improving their overall competence.
