Sinotruk Group Successfully Holds New Employee Internship Commendation Meeting and New Employee Art Performance

To comprehensively summarize and showcase the fruitful results of Sinotruk Group's "Young Talent Foundation Building Plan," commend outstanding new employees and internship units, and encourage young talents to shoulder responsibilities, strive for excellence, and actively participate in the Group's new journey of high-quality development, Sinotruk Group held its 2025 New Employee Internship Commendation Meeting and New Employee Art Performance on January 7th. Ye Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, and Liu Zhengtao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sinotruk Group, delivered speeches and presented awards. Liu Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and General Manager of Sinotruk Group, attended the event and presented awards. Jiang Pengpeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union, presided over the meeting and read out the commendation decision.



Ye Jianjun, on behalf of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, extended cordial greetings and best wishes to the 2025 new employees of Sinotruk Group. He stated that in the past year, all cadres and employees of Shandong Heavy Industry Group have forged ahead with the spirit of "never slacking off, always standing at the forefront, and always striving for first place," pushing the Group's various operating indicators to a new level. Standing at a new historical starting point, the Group will continue to focus on its "world-class" strategic goal and continuously improve the top-level design and institutional guarantees for talent development. China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) should fully leverage its exemplary role, focusing on key areas and core technologies to build a talent hub with industry influence. Liu Zhengtao stated that in 2025, under the strong leadership of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, all employees of CNHTC worked hard and made great strides, achieving the remarkable result of being the world's number one in heavy truck sales. The high-quality and sustainable development of an enterprise cannot be separated from the solid support of talent. Since the launch of CNHTC's "Young Talent Development Plan," it has built a solid ladder for the growth and development of new employees, effectively stimulating the vitality and creativity of new forces. CNHTC will continue to thoroughly implement Shandong Heavy Industry Group's talent strategy, broaden development channels, and cultivate a fertile ground for talent development. The conference announced the "Decision on Commending Outstanding Units in Internship Management, Outstanding Growth Award, and Outstanding Improvement Award for 2025," and presented awards to outstanding internship management units, outstanding new employees, and improvement projects.



The new employee talent show, themed "Gathering New Strength to Ignite the Future," vividly recreated the transformation of new employees from their initial awkwardness upon entering the workforce to their in-depth frontline experience and proactive integration into team responsibilities, fully demonstrating the youthful vitality and boundless potential of the new generation of Sinotruk employees.



To help new employees solidify their foundation for growth more quickly, a "My Growth Experience" sharing session was held after the main meeting. Outstanding employee representatives from production management, technology research and development, and intelligent manufacturing shared their personal journeys and practical experiences, encouraging new employees to develop their skills through hard work, root their youthful ideals in the fertile soil of a manufacturing powerhouse, and truly grow into pillars of Sinotruk capable of shouldering great responsibilities.

More than 600 people participated in the event, including relevant leaders and cadres from Shandong Heavy Industry Group, directors and above-level leaders from Sinotruk Group, principal leaders of relevant functional departments and secondary units, and all new employees from the 2025 cohort.
