During his research visit, Wang Zhijian also visited the Weichai Heavy Machinery Company's high-end power energy equipment manufacturing base project site, foundry, and large-bore engine plant to gain a firsthand understanding of the project's construction progress and production operations. Currently, the global artificial intelligence industry is developing rapidly, driving an explosive growth in demand for data center power energy. Weichai's power generation products, leveraging their core technological advantages, have secured substantial market orders and possess enormous future development potential. Wang Zhijian pointed out that Weichai should accurately grasp the industry's development opportunities, seize the momentum, and accelerate the construction of the new large-bore high-end engine project to high standards and with high quality. On February 23, Wang Zhijian and his delegation visited China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Jinan Commercial Vehicle Manufacturing Company to continue their research. He visited the production workshops to learn about the company's global market order fulfillment, new energy production line upgrades, and supply chain logistics. He also closely examined the performance and quality of several new heavy-duty truck products, affirming China National Heavy Duty Truck Group's (CNHTC) achievements in globalization and new energy transformation. It is understood that CNHTC's market capitalization in Hong Kong has exceeded HK$100 billion, and its heavy-duty truck exports have ranked first in China for 21 consecutive years by 2025. Its new energy business sales have significantly outperformed the industry average.
