From April 25th to 26th, Sinotruk's technical team visited Tokyo and Toyota City, Japan to inspect the production bases of Toyota cars and hydrogen fuel cells.

On the afternoon of 25, the new president of Toyota Motor, Seiji Sato, held a working meeting with the leaders of Sinotruk at its headquarters in Tokyo. The two sides exchanged hydrogen fuel cell development strategies of Toyota Motor and Weichai Power. 'China will lead the world in carbon-neutral technology, and Toyota will work with Weichai to contribute to accelerating carbon neutrality,' Mr. Sato said. Sinotruk leaders said that Weichai led the construction of the National fuel cell Technology Innovation Center to undertake major national projects for fuel cells, and also the Ministry of Science and Technology and Shandong Provincial people's government jointly promote the "hydrogen into 10,000" project undertaking enterprises. The purpose of this visit is to better promote cooperation in the globalization of hydrogen energy and build a global hydrogen energy ecosystem.
