A) At the time of installation, the air filter and the engine intake pipe must be tight and reliable, prevent leakage, and the filter belt must be installed in both ends of the filter. Fixed air filter The airfoil nut of the outer cover cannot be screwed, so as not to press the bad paper filter.
B) At maintenance, the paper filter can not be placed in oil, otherwise the paper filter will fail, and it is easy to cause a speed of the car. When maintenance, only the vibration method can be used, and the brush brush is removed (to brush its wrinkle brush) or the compressed air back blow method is removed from dust and dirt at the surface of the paper filter. For the rough filter part, dust in the dust elimination, blade and cyclone tube should be removed in time. Even if it is carefully maintained every time, the paper filter cannot completely restore the original performance, and its intake resistance will increase, so, when the paper filter needs to be maintained for the 4th maintenance, the new filter should be replaced. D) Some vehicle engines are equipped with a cyclone air filter. The plastic cover of the paper filter end is a guide cover. The blades on the cover make the air rotate, and 80% dust is separated under the action of centrifugation, collecting in the dust cup, The dust reaching the paper filter is 20% of the amount of dust inhaled, and the total filter efficiency is about 99.7%. Therefore, when maintaining a cyclone air filter, be careful not to drain the plastic flow cover on the filter.
